Sunday, December 28, 2025—with GAE Donata Petracchi—I Mandri—Poggio Faggio Tondo—Le Massicaie—Pallereta—Poggio Ratoio. We couldn't miss out on one last hike to end 2025 on the summits of our mountains; an excursion to continue the Christmas holidays together and celebrate the fantastic environment that surrounds us. At the end of the day, a delicious hot chocolate will be served to refresh the hikers at the Poggio a Mandri farm. Meeting point and departure: 9:00 a.m. at I Mandri, at the parking lot in front of the restaurant of the same name.
Total duration of the hike: approximately 7.5 hours (including all stops and...hot chocolate at the end of the day).
Actual walking time: approximately 5.5 hours.
Expected return time: approximately 4:30 p.m. at the usual meeting point.

Hiking trail (E) of medium difficulty, but due to its length and elevation gain, it is considered a
CHALLENGING trail for experienced hikers. (trail and forest road).
WHAT TO BRING: Backpack with a water bottle of at least 1 liter and a thermos with hot tea, packed lunch, fresh or dried fruit. Trekking poles, gaiters, binoculars, and camera, if desired.
