On 8 th December, the legendary ‘Fettunta Tour’ returns to Londa by popular demand! And finally, you can dip your slice of toasted bread in the new oil. Yummy!
Our excursion could only be inspired by this delicious product of the earth, so we will walk among the
olive trees accompanied by stories and curiosities about their cultivation and... culture! We will taste this “green gold” at the elegant table of the San Leonino Valpiana Farm.
Even though we unfortunately have little oil this year... Londa will welcome us anyway with the traditional patron saint's festival dedicated to local EVO oil, where those who wish can have lunch at the food stands of the
local farms.

Meeting point and departure: 9:00 a.m. at the Gorazzaio car park, just above Lake Londa
Total duration of the excursion: approximately 5 hours (including all stops and tasting at the Valpiana farm)
Actual walking time: approximately 3 hours
Expected return time: approximately 2:00 p.m. at the usual meeting point
Hiking trail (E) of medium difficulty (farm roads, trails, short paved sections)
Length: approximately 9.5 km
Elevation gain: +-350 metres. WHAT TO BRING: Backpack with at least 1 litre of water or a thermos flask with hot tea. Trekking poles and camera, if desired.
WEAR: hiking boots, comfortable clothing suitable for the season, waterproof jacket, hat and gloves.
