An authentic experience in the hills of Londa! During the hike, we will have the chance to accompany the shepherds and livestock from Lorenzo Gori’s *Podernovo-Rincine* farm—a nature-immersed operation recommended by the Casentinesi Forests Park.

The hike begins at 8:30 AM, departing from Mandri, and involves approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes of actual walking time. We are scheduled to arrive at Podernuovo by 12:30 PM, where a lunch featuring *scottiglia*—a dish prepared with their own farm-raised meat—awaits us, A stewed dish prepared with meat of their own production; traditionally cooked during the transhumance season. The return is scheduled for 4:00 PM. A unique opportunity to experience nature up close!
