Among the institutional aims of the National Park, environmental education plays a fundamental role in achieving the objectives of nature conservation. The Park is like an outdoor laboratory, where one may live a unique experience through direct observation of the environment, of the flora, and of the fauna. Living an experience in nature in first person is a stronger and more convincing learning tool than any book, and becomes important for the growth of individual and collective creativity. For this reason, the Park Authority organizes programs for all age groups, in order to reach as many visitors as possible and to communicate the beauty of nature, the value of biodiversity, and the Park itself as a tool for conserving nature and promotion of the territory. In addition to being an active operator, the Park Authority also promotes environmental education projects carried out by other subjects operating in its territory (cooperatives, environmental guides, etc.).
