The roe deer and the mountain environment is the specific issue of this Visitor Center whose aim is to describe briefly the biology and the behavior of the roe deer, one of the most widespread animals in the Park, in particular in the territory which is nowadays wild and abandoned, but which with its mule tracks and ancient rural settlements still shows the signs of the ancient presence of man. Next to the section dedicated to the reality of Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi and of the Italian System of National Parks, there are two halls where the natural environments populated by the roe deer are described together with its behavior and its relationship with the human presence.
