Director.
He's the primarily responsible technical and administrative Body, he appointed by the Ministry of Environment on the basis of three candidates designated by the Park.
The Park Director is Giorgio Boscagli.
Offices.
The staffing approved by the Ministry of Environment provides 19 employees, in addiction to the Director, as follows:
Servizio Direzione.
The service operate under the direct responsability of the Director and it's responsible for:
> protocol;
> administrative office for the Director;
> secretarial, recording and management activities and acts of deliberative bodies of the Agency;
> administration of the Register's headquarters and footage contracts and agreements.
Servizio Amministrativo.
It's the service in charge of economic and financial management of the budget and personnel management that it's responsible for:
> accounting matters;
> treasury and cash management service;
> economy;
> inventory;
> tax obligations relating to the various sectors of activity of the Agency;
> staff, administrators and staff, it's attending to aspects of paid work, taxes and benefits, both in legal and trade unions.
Servizio Pianificazione e Gestione delle Risorse.
The main responsabilities of the Service are:
> the establishment and management of the planning instruments of the Agency;
> the pre-trial work for the issuance of permits and clearances, in environmental sector and in the construction industry;
> management of permits for mushroom picking and transport of weapons within the Nationale Park;
> management and maintenance of the paths, parking areas and visitor centers;
the wildlife management and compensation for damage caused by wildlife to agriculture and livestock;
> management for administrative and criminal violations of the law for the National Park;
> management for administrative and criminal violation of the law for the National Park;
> management of investment funds for the carrying out environmental improvement and the provision of infrastructure to service tourists and local residents.
Servizio Promozione, Conservazione, Ricerca e Divulgazione della Natura.
The service is mainly engaged in:
> the initiatives to promote sustainable tourism;
> the environmental education;
> the coordination of the management of Visitor Centers,
> the coordination of scientific research;
> the communication, even through the care of the various publications issued by the institution and the joural "Crinali";
> the pre-trial work related to the conservation of nature and design of exhibition stands in the Visitoi Centers and paths, in collaboration with the "Servizio Pianificazione".
Surveillance
CTA - Corpo Forestale dello Stato
The "Coordinamento Territoriale per l'Ambiente" of "Corpo Forestale dello Stato", which depends functionally by the Park, it's charged with surveillance of the proteced area and acts as technical support. It's organized in two offices and 10 controls Forest Station.

Forest Station Controls: San Benedetto in Alpe (FC), Premilcuore, Corniolo (FC), San Piero in Bagno (FC), Campigna (FC), Badia Prataglia (AR), Camaldoli (AR), S.Godenzo (FI) since 1994, Chiusi della Verna (AR) since 2001, Stia (AR) since 2003. The CTA is currently composed of: 2 officers, 17 Inspector and Superintendents, 17 Assistants and Agents and 2 auditors.
